Job Description: The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Schedule will vary weekly,but youshould expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.In addition, during peaktimeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
