Key Holder/Sales Associate

Steps New York is looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Keyholders to join our team. Responsibilities: • Open and close the store independently • Lead and train sales associates on company standards • Drive sales and motivate the team to achieve goals • Deliver exceptional customer service • Operate POS system and handle cash accurately • Execute markdowns and promotional updates • Maintain visual merchandising and window displays • Assist with inventory control and stock organization • Ensure store cleanliness and operational standards Requirements: • Must be 18+ years old • Eligible to work in the United States • Previous retail leadership or management experience is preferred.
