Responsibilities:* Deliver all areas of the guest experience on the floor: helping the guest with product selection and customization* Act as a manager on duty when Store manager and ASM are not present* Assist in community outreach, events, and trunk shows/pop-ups. * Maintain the brand experience and ethos at external events and/or with third parties. * Merchandise, Stock and replenish sales floor to ensure the visual esthetic is upheld* Use multiple selling techniques on the sales floor to increase sales * Engage in clienteling tactics with each and every customer to ensure brand loyalty is being built Requirements: * 2 Years of professional work experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience in retail* Clienteling experience and passion to create relationships to grow a repeat business* Great communication to drive sales as a team and to help support the Store Manager* A high standard of customer service to deliver an impressive experience with each and every customer* You are solution-focused and take calculated risks. * You are courageously creative to try something new while and have a relentless drive for results all while maintaining the brand ethos.
