FARM Rio is a global fashion brand driven by the essence of Brazil, seeking a creative individual to join our team in Washington DC as Full-Time Key Holder. We're looking for a strong brand ambassador who shares our values and can bring life to our products. To continue our growth, we need an inspiring person to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store visuals up to standards. The ideal candidate will possess: • Strong communication skills • A positive and enthusiastic attitude • An interest in fashion and/or arts • Ability to engage with clients and create a WOW experience • Open to work 40h+/week, including weekend availability Responsibilities include safely opening and closing the store, assuring stock room organization, training and coaching team members, providing feedback on business performance, securing sales, and delivering outstanding styling sessions.
