As a Retail Keyholder, you will be the premier SUGARTAINER in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized, and maintaining store visual standards. In this position, you will also support store operations by maintaining cash handling records, following opening and closing procedures, and merchandising displays according to visual guidelines. You will assist in setting up for special events and promotions while understanding and communicating Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures with the Store Manager. , • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
