As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Hollie Ray to increase loyalty and retention and to increase sales. You are also expected to complete daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards as well as open and close the store each day. Uses product knowledge to assist customers on the sales floor to give the customer confidence in their purchase. Knowledgeable about the fit and care of the products in order to assist customers with their product questions. Reliable time-management including arriving at work in a timely manner to open the store on time and willingness to complete all closing tasks at the end of the day.
