As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and assisting with daily operations. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and store policies and procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
