To put the customer at the heart of everything that you do whilst proactively supporting your store manager in leading the team to success, by living the FatFace Vision & Values. • To assist your store manager in the recruitment, training and team development, through leading by example and creating a motivating work environment. • To delegate duties in order to meet the operational needs of the store that supports the Store Manager. • In the absence of your Store Manager, take on holding responsibilities that ensure the continued success of your store in sales, standards and crew development. • Experience of working with a multi-channel brand from a store perspective delivering Order in Store/Click and Collect proposition preferable.
