Key Account Sales Assistant

MAX STUDIO is seeking a Wholesale Key Account Sales Assistant for our Pasadena, CA headquarters. This position will report to the Director of Key Accounts and the Executive Vice President. Responsibilities: Prepare digital sales packages and presentations for customers Assist with order processing, customer service, shipping updates, and follow-up Upload product via Excel templates for digital accounts, i.e. Amazon, etc. Prepare, track, and distribute weekly selling reports/templates Special projects that arise from time-to-time Showroom prep – sample management Market appointments – assist Sales team with customers Requirements: Strong computer skills – particularly Excel and Adobe Experience as assistant in wholesale apparel or retail business is a must Ability to learn new systems – i.e. company specific software Ability to multi-task in a fast pace office environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Strong communication skills Team player Basic retail math knowledge BA/BFA in Fashion a plus
