Junior Store Manager, Luxury Retail

TONS is a contemporary concept store in Pittsburgh offering a curated selection of premium and luxury fashion. TONS is seeking a Junior Store Manager to support daily store operations, sales leadership, and team performance. Key Responsibilities • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving personal and team sales • Support the management of daily store operations across people, clients, product, space, and processes • Conduct and support inventory counts, stock audits, and inventory accuracy control • Manage online orders, including order processing, packing, shipping preparation, and communication with online customers • Build and maintain strong client relationships; support clienteling strategy and local outreach • Ensure high standards of visual presentation, merchandising, and in-store experience • Oversee and support operational execution: restocking, inventory handling, steaming, tagging, and stock organization • Identify issues and opportunities on the floor and escalate or resolve them effectively Qualifications • Proven experience in premium or luxury retail (sales or supervisory level) • Strong product knowledge and confidence working with high-end clientele • Leadership potential with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a small team • High standards for service, presentation, and operational discipline • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Genuine interest in fashion, designers, and retail business development • Client base in Pittsburgh is a strong advantage Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Work Location: In person — Pittsburgh
