Fashion Angels is a leader in creating trend-forward DIY activity, stationery and creative products sold at major retailers nationwide and internationally. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team.
This is an exciting growth-track opportunity designed for someone eager to build a long-term career in sales and account management. As a Junior Account Executive, you will gain hands-on exposure to retailer strategy, merchandising, forecasting, product development, logistics, and customer relationship management while working alongside experienced sales leaders.
As a key member of the sales team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, production, operations, and shipping teams to support both retailers and internal business initiatives.
Top performers in this role will gain increasing account ownership and growth opportunities within the sales organization.

Salary Range
$50,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities
Support Account Executives in managing retailer relationships and meeting customer needs
Manage and maintain a small portfolio of accounts under the guidance of the senior sales team
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Receive, enter, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor and manage open customer orders from order receipt through shipping and delivery
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, production, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, vendor agreements, and routing guide requirements
Work within retailer portals such as Retail Link, GXS Catalog, and Partners Online
Troubleshoot inventory, shipping, compliance, and order issues as they arise
Complete customer quote sheets, item setup forms, and retailer documentation
Prepare sales reports, inventory analysis, and customer recaps using Microsoft Excel
Track inventory levels and replenishment opportunities based on retailer needs and planograms
Assist with retailer presentations, line reviews, sales meetings, and product launch coordination
Collect, organize, and ship product samples for customer meetings and retailer needs
Create or order item stickers, labels, and related materials for customer orders as needed
Analyze sales trends and retailer performance to support account strategy and growth opportunities
Develop a strong working knowledge of all product offerings and retailer programs
Support additional sales and operational projects as assigned

Education & Experience
College Diploma or University Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, account support, customer service, or sales support role
Nice to Have
Experience working with ERP systems
Base understanding of import logistics and supply chain processes
Experience working within retailer portals such as Retail Link, Partners Online, or similar systems
Experience supporting retail or consumer products accounts
