Location: Hybrid 2x a week in Framingham, MA, 3x a week remote Cella is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Apparel Designer to support the creation and development of ladies' apparel-specifically focused on sleepwear, loungewear, and fleece jackets. This opportunity allows an early-career designer to collaborate directly with senior design teams and cross-functional partners to bring competitive fashion concepts from idea to production. Assist in designing and developing ladies' sleepwear, loungewear, and fleece jackets under the direction of senior design leads.Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate concepts and support quarterly product development.Research current fashion trends through market analysis and industry events to inform seasonal line directions.Participate in material, color, and trim selection; review and comment on lab-dips, handlooms, knit-downs, and strike-offs.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external manufacturers to support sample creation, prototype development, and quality production.Help troubleshoot technical product development issues while maintaining organized documentation across multiple active projects.
