This person must be able to work under extreme fast-paced conditions and be flexible to adapt to change within the photography process. Responsible for keeping merchandise organized, dressing models in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet daily and weekly goals Review and communicate notes and images per buyer prior to ensure proper dressing and styling Use techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damages and reshoots Collaborate with the Stylists and Digital Technicians to deliver consistent, high quality and on standard photography aligned with company goals Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions Stay current on the design/fashion industry including global and consumer trends, assessing and communicating their potential impact to the business Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape Professional Qualifications: We look forward to reviewing your application.
