Jewelry Sales Manager

The Jewelry Sales Manager is responsible for driving the performance of Marissa Collections’ fine and fashion jewelry business. This position requires a strong sales leader who can generate and close business, develop the team, manage client opportunities, and maintain the exceptional presentation and operational standards expected within a luxury jewelry environment. Achieve monthly departmental and personal jewelry sales goalsDevelop and implement selling strategies by designer, product line, Stylist, and client opportunityProvide day-to-day leadership to the Jewelry Assistant Sales Manager and Stylist teamPartner with the Jewelry Assistant Sales Manager to deliver product knowledge trainingCoach Stylists on jewelry selling, client development, and closing techniquesEstablish jewelry goals by Stylist and client and consistently track progressMotivate and coach the team through daily communication, follow-up, and selling supportPartner with the Jewelry Buyer on team-building and development activitiesMaintain strong communication with the Jewelry Buyer, Jewelry Operations Associate, store management, and Stylists Oversee and execute jewelry piercing eventsDevelop targeted client outreach plans for jewelry eventsAssist Stylists in selecting jewelry based on individual client preferences and needsPartner with Marketing, the Jewelry Buyer, and store leadership to support event execution and client engagement Manage jewelry floor presentation by designer, collection, and key itemMaintain a visually elevated and sales-focused presentationPartner with store leadership and Stylists during style-out meetingsEnsure the team maintains current product knowledge across designers, collections, seasonal trends, and client opportunitiesProvide jewelry assortment photographs to the Jewelry Buyer and vendors as requestedCommunicate product feedback, client requests, and selling opportunities to the Jewelry Buyer
