Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. Project and Initiative Delivery – 70% Play a major role in architecting and implementing new solutions across the Retail Planning and CRM functions Utilize existing knowledge of programming languages to contribute to the implementation of new capabilities on AWS, Demand Forecasting Optimization and Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) platforms Experience leading development teams in building/production support of cloud-native applications. Prior work Experience and Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in an appropriate science or math field (MIS or CS preferred) 2+ years of experience leading small teams and implementing technology projects Prior work experience with a Retail/CPG or consulting company in a technical role preferred but not required Physical Demands Role is based in our Buckhead office location with opportunity for a hybrid onsite/remote work format Normal office environment with limited travel At Carters, we believe in Succeeding Together but where we are together may vary.
