The Company owns the Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh brands, two of the most recognized brands in the marketplace. Essential Job Functions (Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities) The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for driving business value through identification, delivery, and optimization of initiatives supporting their product area. Primary responsibilities will include developing and evangelizing product strategy, execution and measurement of strategy, and fostering product innovation and improvement through collaboration. Experience and Skills Knowledge Skill and Ability Requirements (Minimum Required for Job Performance) Required Experience with IBM Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar product Experience with Microsoft Office products Must be flexible and have the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Extreme attention to detail is a must for this position Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignment Strong communication, teamwork, and cross-functional skills Prior work Experience and Educational Requirements 3 + years of retail (eCommerce) experience and Bachelors degree in related field 3 + years of product management experience with proven track record of delivering business success Physical Demands This role is based at the Corporate Atlanta location This role may not qualify for sponsorship At Carters, we believe in Succeeding Together but where we are together may vary.
