IT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - Part Time

Responsibilities Responsibilities- Match invoices with purchase orders Assign general ledger codes to invoices Batch and key invoices into A/P system (Esker) Prepare purchase order requests Correspond with vendors (via telephone and written) as necessary Research payments and resolve disputes Qualifications Qualifications- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance 1 to 3 years A/P experience 3 to 5 years A/P experience would be acceptable if no degree Strong Microsoft Excel skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) Detailed orientated Ability to analyze and resolve problems Apply for this job online Share on your newsfeed
