Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Storage Captain in the Morris Plains, NJ area for a large beauty conglomerate. In this position you will be accountable for receiving, labeling, and storing in-coming and out-going shipments, assessing stock for damages, and accurately filling customer orders. Assist with Messenger + Transportation reporting – in-bound/out-bound reports by courier Receive and distribute parcels collected from mail runs at scheduled times throughout the day using run schedule + ad hoc request Coordinating and maintaining inventory control for assigned closet(s) Support monthly reporting regarding closet access, large inventory deficits or additions, slow turn inventories Rough sort + sort inter-office mail to be redistributed to the end user mailstops Process outgoing packages for courier and pouch pick-up for large / batch shipments Wrap and pack outgoing hazmat packages Handle internal mailing + distribution projects Assist other departments with related task (retrieval of dumpsters, delivery of hospitality orders, small item removal) Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
