We are hiring an Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our inventory, starting from scratch. You'll begin with a complete physical recount across our warehouses, correct our records from the ground up, then learn and run the systems that keep them accurate going forward.
We're a growing company with multiple retail locations, and this role will grow with us. As we continue to expand, so will your responsibilities and compensation.
What you'll do
Conduct a full physical inventory count across warehouse locations
Reconcile counts against system records and fix discrepancies
Manage stock levels, transfers, and reporting across our retail brands
Implement inventory systems going forward
What you'll need
Shopify experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
Inventory or warehouse experience preferred
High school diploma required
Dependable transportation, travel between Milwaukee locations required
Comfortable lifting and being on your feet in a warehouse setting
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to fix and prevent problems, not just maintain a spreadsheet.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
