This group provides customer service for the salespeople, supports our wholesale customer service, creates and distributes all sample folders and swatches for salespeople and stores, and maintains accurate inventory records for the fabric inventory, which is composed of over 2000 fabrics at any time. We introduce, maintain, and phase out over 300 new fabrics each year. Work with cutting department- accuracy of recordkeeping. Physical inventory 2x per year, maintain accuracy to within 1%. Ability to use Outlook and to quickly learn new programs is required.
