INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

You will manage the day-to-day functions of the Retail and Wholesale Inventory Control activity while also providing strategic level guidance on how to improve operating efficiencies and value-added processes. This position is responsible for supervising the Inventory Control function. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership in the area of Inventory control Supervise individuals dedicated to inventory control Ensuring all inventory movements are properly documented and controlled Works closely with Logistics, IT and Retail Operations to ensure proper control over inventory throughout the organization Coordinate Physical Inventories Establish formal documentation of accounting policies and procedures Works closely on policy implementation with senior management Implement new systems and processes Work with internal and external auditors as required Complete special projects as assigned
