Job Overview: The Designer is responsible for creating designs exclusively for MRC Creations Brands that support merchant objectives and business growth. Essential Functions: -Work with the Director of Design and Senior Designer to set the brand seasonal fashion direction. -Coordinate line with Director of Design to ensure cohesive aesthetic integrity within the brands. -Assist the Design Team in development and execution of product designs to achieve overall product strategy and sales objectives.
