INTERNSHIP - Sales & Merchandising - Paid

This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the wholesale side of fashion, where you will assist in selling, production, importing, and merchandising the line. The full-time internship is expected to last for a period of 6-8 weeks and is an excellent opportunity for learning, as we will offer thorough hands-on training. Intern Responsibilities: Provide Exceptional Support in all administrative tasks related to the Sales process (including but not limited to quotations, cost, and inventory inquiries; delivery coordination; sample/meeting preparation; record keeping; and order tracking) Work closely with Private Label Manager to create and strategize new way to grow business Act as a liaison between the Sales Department and other cross functional teams Organize and track eyewear samples Perform quality control on incoming goods and coordinate sample shipments and approvals Prepare client quotation sheets and photograph products Work closely with vendor base and customer base to ensure all issues and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately Communicate with clients regarding status of samples Organize and file company and client documentation Intern Requirements: Must be able to work independently and make thoughtful and informed decisions Must have strong organization, coordination, and follow-through Must be a team player with a great attitude Must have 2-3 years of Microsoft Office Suite experience (primarily Word and Excel) Must be a quick learner and good problem solver Must have strong work ethic Must take the initiative Must be able to multitask, juggling several tasks at once with accuracy Must be a good planner with consistent follow-through skills to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner Intern Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphic design software (i.e., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) Education: Current College Senior majoring in Fashion Merchandising or a related field (Graduating in 2022) Recent College Graduate with an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field Pay:
