International Sales Coordinator

A premium denim brand based near DTLA is in search of a full time International Sales Coordinator. In this role you will work cross functionally with Sales, CS, Design, PR/Marketing, and external distributor's and agent partners. International sales experience is a plus, but NOT required. Key Responsibilities: Directly reports to the International Director, as part of the Wholesale Sales Division under the VP of Sales Serve as a point of contact for distributors and agents for sales related, operational, and administrative needs Further strengthen Distributor / Agent and Brand relationship through excellent communication and partnership Collect, analyze, and accurately report weekly selling of Major Accounts to report to executive team Support distributor and agent showrooms in seasonal launch by ensuring all are equipped with corporate selling tools Administer SMS Schedule, Shipment, and Tracking with Distributor and Agents, working closely with Design and customer service to ensure successful execution Successfully communicate company SOPs to ensure each Distributors and Agents are well trained on corporate policies and procedures Work closely with PR/Marketing department on Promotional and Advertising requests from Distributor and Agents Position Requirements: Experience in tracking and analyzing selling reports Bachelor's degree or equivalent Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of market and fashion trends, business environment and competitors International Sales and/or Denim Experience is a PLUS Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Outgoing, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to problem solve and communicate
