Description Job Functions (Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily. Ensure Vendors are in compliance to the SOPs and assist with questions. Provide the necessary service requirements for Lands’ End and work with all new carriers on set-up requirements and ensure all reports and standards are understood.~ Maintain and communicate all Sail Date and routing changes to the business. Track freight movements to ensure the appropriate action(s) are being implemented so that freight is delivered in a timely manner and all vested parties are notified with detailed outline of the impact when exceptions or issues arise. Responsible for working with Freight Forwarders and Carriers to ensure Exception Reports are being managed and kept clean as well as addressing issues as they arise to obtain resolution.
