Corporate Office - HQ Apply Location: Secaucus, New Jersey Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Manage all merchandising functions for specific International partners (in market presentations of the fashion line, placing orders within merchandising systems, auditing and validating orders with sourcing, in season management of any sourcing/logistics callouts) Regularly review and evaluate partner performance and sales with Planning/Operations Team support, and support team in formulating strategies to drive sales Develop and maintain effective relationships with broader cross-functional teams (Global Merchandising, Sourcing and Logistics) to achieve seamless product-to-market process for International partners Attention to detail is necessary to accurately manage all specialized nuances that come with each International markets’ needs (shipping requirements/import regulations/buying restrictions) Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with ability to influence others Maintain a high awareness of the customer profile, competitive landscape, and trends in International Markets Thrives in a fast paced area and readily accepts/adapts to change. Must be confident and able to make decisions quickly.
