Roles and Responsibilities: Documentation, testing and quality assurance for new systems, processes, upgrades, fixes, and training purposes Perform retail system and hardware installation for new and existing store locations (configuration, testing, and functionality), test and apply standard configurations, as needed System Monitoring to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications and compliance Maintain inventory records Monitor help desk call center and identify patterns and trends in issues and solutions to decrease incident recurrence Document, route and resolve retail systems incidents reported by field operations Communicate effectively with end users on incident progress in a timely manner Escalate incidents to third-party vendors when necessary and ensure trouble tickets are resolved appropriately Support and administration of retail stores for IT related issues and questions, adhering to IT and SOX guidelines Requirements Job Requirements: This is a great opportunity for any Information Technology related majors!Only currently enrolled college students will be considered. Education - Must be a currently enrolled college student, IT majors preferred Must have a can-do attitude and is willing to learn new things Must be very organized and have great follow through skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Office 365 Knowledge of SAP, iOS, SQL, Remote support application, and Ticketing systems a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams Our people are the corner stone of our business - we invite you to grow your career with us.
