Roles and Responsibilities Support in requirements gathering by documenting discussions and decisions, and turning these into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Create documentation and how-to guides for business users as new features are delivered Complete all ad hoc testing/UAT requirements and document any issues found Complete research and conduct firsthand interviews or surveys to assess the viability of new features or UX changes Support the rest of digital team and business stakeholders to improve customer experience and business performance.
