Job Summary
AGEE FASHION INSTITUTE is seeking candidates to join our faculty in the fashion merchandise department. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work with students in various disciplines relating careers to the merchandising of apparel and non-apparel products. Candidates must be able to instruct students On-the-Ground and Online for the intention of starting a business.
Duties
- Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines.
- Create compelling product displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, for designing promotional materials and graphics.
- Conduct research on market trends and consumer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
Experience
- Proven experience in merchandising.
- Proven experience operating a retail organization or online store.
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.
- Guiding students in developing project plan.
A Plus to Consider
- Familiarity with product development in the fashion industry for apparel and non-apparel products.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
