Collaborate with the retail team to plan and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and drive sales
Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays to keep the brand relevant and competitive
Create and maintain store layouts, ensuring that products are visually organized and easily accessible for customers
Manage inventory and ensure that all products are fully stocked and correctly displayed in accordance with company standards
Work closely with store managers to understand sales goals and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to maintain consistency across all stores
Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve visual presentation and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized visual presentation, including regularly updating and cleaning displays and fixtures
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement and visual merchandising strategies.
