Interns will gain experience in the key aspects within Mens, Womens, Kids, and Baby Innerwear Design on topics such as: Trend and Innovation Garment Design Graphic Prints and Color Palettes Materials Development Sustainability in Design Garment Fit and Construction Garment Development Processes and Tools Calendar and Deadline Management Seasonal Item Creation Process Competitive Market Shopping and Analysis Seasonal Project Tracking and Status Special projects where assigned Interns will work with cross-functional teams to analyze real business issues and will present findings and strategic recommendations at the conclusion of the internship. Team oriented and ability to work across cross-functional teams. This individual must also be a self-starter and demonstrate good judgment and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
