Join the LuCrew Lulus Vision At Lulus our team is committed to offering the best possible service to our customers throughout the world Our fun and casual work environment focuses on innovation and teamwork at all levels of the organization We are always on the lookout for talented and dedicated people to join the Lulus team as we continue to build our community Our Commitment Lulus is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and strives to create an organizational climate that fosters belonging dignity and justice so that all of our team members can show up as their authentic selves and thrive We are committed to increasing the representation of marginalized people across our team through hiring practices that value lived experience and unique perspectives Our work environment embraces creative expression collaboration and connection without the expectation of assimilation Job Summary Lulus has built a network of loyal brand ambassadors with fashion and lifestyle influencers on many platforms We believe in the power of influencers to communicate brand messaging and increase brand awareness This position requires a highly creative strategic mindset and proactive efforts to create and maintain relationships with on-brand influencers to create content for Lulus This person will help maintain our influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and equity support merchandising campaigns and help grow the share of voice on social media through strategic brand collaborations and always-on influencer marketing strategy What Youll Do Continuously source and identify new influencers and talent while deepening existing relationships and building brand loyalty Manage day-to-day communication with influencers and agencies Establish and maintain ongoing or one-off relationships with influencers and key community partners to create content and engagement Support the execution of partnerships including negotiating with influencers and agents creating and sending influencer contracts and submitting influencer orders Track and engage with live influencer content Approving influencer content across social media platforms to ensure that brand guidelines are followed Work closely with management in planning budgeting execution and evaluation of special events as needed Measure and report results of outreach and other efforts to determine brand building and success Work cross-functionally with social and other creative teams as needed to support the day-to-day and long-term needs and goals of the company Stay up to date with current social media trends pop culture and emerging platforms Performs additional duties and special projects as required What Youll Need Minimum 1-2 years of influencer marketing experience within the fashion industry Familiarity with the Lulus brand brand voice and Lulus customer-first Lulus approach Passionate about the fashion industry and in tune with Gen Z culture Strong social media exposure and marketing ability across multiple platforms such as Instagram TikTok Pinterest Facebook Twitter YouTube etc Strong writing and oral communication skills Passionate and open-minded about Internet culture and its ever-changing landscape Works well under pressure Meet multiple and often competing deadlines Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience working with influencer management platforms like Tribe Dynamics Dash Hudson CreatorIQ GRIN andor Fohr Some travel may be required Nice to Have - Bonus Points Located in the LA or NYC area Prior relationships with existing influencers andor talent agencies Knowledge of influencer boosting including whitelisting What Youll Love About Us Great Company Culture - Where you can be you Work that stays at work - Genuine worklife balance Rest and Relaxation - Paid time off 8 Holidays 3 sick days and 2 mental health days Health Benefits - Medical with FSA Dental and Vision Prepare for the future - 401k with 4 company match Wardrobe Perks- 30 employee discount Profit sharing bonus eligible Were ready to meet you Come help us achieve our ambitious goals
