The company is currently in the midst of a dramatic expansion, driven by significant enhancements to its platforms and offerings, with the goal of becoming the preeminent destination for luxury internationally.Role Summary:The Influencer Manager will focus on building and maintaining the Saks influencer and Saks social club (SSC) programs, acting as a brand steward evaluating and selecting influencers to tell the Saks story across social media, select campaigns and more.Key Qualifications:Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment.3-5 years experience working with influencers and notables, creating organic and paid partnershipsHistory of working and developing activations for influencersSuperior communication, presentation, analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to interact and report on business with cross functional teams and across all levels of managementStrong problem solving skills, adaptability and flexibilityAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environmentStrong negotiation and analytical skillsRole Description:Manage influencer and Saks Social Club programs across North America to create awareness, interest, and excitement around Saks products, campaigns, events and moreIdentify, source and onboard new macro-micro influencers as well as Saks Social Club MembersManage influencers throughout the campaign process, meeting and tracking defined deliverablesManage campaigns from end to end owning your part in the processDevelop and build upon existing agency relationships to improve sourcingConsistently discover new talent and know the key players in the influencer spaceAttend industry events in order to establish and cultivate strategic relationshipsWork cross-functionally with the digital, social media and creative teamsNegotiate rates and execute contractsManage Saks Social Club & Influencer budgets Your Life and Career at Saks:Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunitiesA culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling work/life balance Benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental).
