Company Description: Popular Haircare BrandLocation: New York, New York About the Role As the Independent Account Manager, you will oversee salon and boutique distribution on the East Coast for the brand This includes prospection for new accounts, handling existing accounts, help the independent’s team with prospection strategies and different ways to gain new business, as well as help inspire social activations for the independent business. Responsibilities Deliver sell-out-oriented training programs according to field needs Identifying opportunities to grow the business in your accounts Identifying potential new salons to partner with Find creative ways on contacting prospects Create brand awareness through different social activations Organize trainings with the salon teams Finding ways to make the launch a success (windows, sampling, partnership, etc.). Follow up with existing accounts to ensure they are well stocked. KPI’s Monthly sales goals by account Grow salon and boutique distribution New business opportunities Productivity Increase conversion Requirements Excellence in sales with proven success Preferred experience in a salon environment Extremely organized Experience in managing a team Experience in consulting with business owners Strong communication skills, with finesse in customer service Ability to create strong relationship with our partners, both existing and new Can manage full 360 sales process from prospecting new business, to processing orders, documentation and after sales service.
