INCLUSION & DIVERSITY SPECIALIST - PVH CORP.

The Inclusion & Diversity Specialist will be a key member of PVH’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) function and will be responsible for helping advance the company’s overarching I&D strategy through the development and execution of cultivating a work environment of inclusion, belonging and equity for all. The ideal candidate will work with the I&D team and cross-functional business partners to drive alignment and outcomes. Develop and implement tactical action plans relative to assigned projects stemming from overall I&D business priorities Work with team members in the development and implementation of function initiatives and training materials as necessary to fulfill project needs; assists with analyzing program parameters and making recommendations to adjust depending on the dynamics and needs Lead special research projects to identify benchmarks, best practices and make recommendations Deliver centralized project management for cross-functional I&D initiatives including timelines, communication plans and measurement strategies Collaborate regularly, coordinate, and manage assigned projects with key stakeholders Lead coordination of I&D communications including monthly newsletters, history and heritage months editorial and event invitations Develop and continually manage an integrated calendar for key initiatives along and within I&D team Oversee coordination and logistics for I&D programs, trainings and events Maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors to support I&D strategic priorities Assist with preparation of responses to industry I&D surveys Provide administrative support to the function, including but not limited to developing presentations, generating reports and invoice processing Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience with presentations and spreadsheets Collaborative work style with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and stakeholders across the organization Strong organizational, project and process management skills with the ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of and passion for developing inclusion, diversity and equity programs and initiatives Proven ability to deliver high quality, detailed oriented, timely assignments Experience managing internal/external organization partnerships. Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency Detail and quality oriented Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office; Workday is a plus) Positive, professional attitude and presence Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
