Collaborate with the store team to understand sales goals and customer demographics in order to create effective displays.
Maintain a high level of visual standards and consistency throughout the store.
Utilize creativity and innovation to design and implement new display ideas.
Ensure all products are represented accurately and in a visually appealing manner.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays.
Work closely with the store manager to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of visual merchandising materials.
Train and guide store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure displays are maintained and updated.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising with brand campaigns.
Attend visual merchandising trainings and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed when handling merchandise and setting up displays.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the store.
Strive to continuously improve the overall shopping experience for customers through visual presentation.
