Qualifications:

Minimum of five years in a high-volume retail management capacity.Proven history of identifying, hiring, and mentoring emerging leadership talent.Deep understanding of retail business metrics and the ability to pivot strategies based on performance data.Sophisticated communication skills with the ability to engage both entry-level associates and district leadership.Flexibility to manage store needs during peak hours, including evenings and weekend shifts.Physical capability to remain active on the floor for the duration of a shift, including lifting up to 25 lbs and navigating all areas of the facility.Sound professional judgment and the ability to handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion.Benefits:

Serve as the In-Store Team Leader, taking full accountability for the store’s profit and loss performance and operational health.Direct the "treasure hunt" experience by ensuring the rapid and organized transition of fresh merchandise from the loading dock to the sales floor.Orchestrate the recruitment and onboarding process to maintain a full staff of motivated, well-trained associates.Execute "Best Practice" protocols to streamline workflows, reducing unnecessary steps and maximizing team productivity.Monitor and control primary expenses, specifically managing payroll hours in alignment with fluctuating business trends and budgets.Uphold a secure environment by training staff on loss prevention techniques and emergency safety procedures.Maintain the visual integrity of the brand through rigorous housekeeping standards and strategic merchandising displays.Foster a culture of recognition, utilizing company programs to celebrate associate milestones and high-performance behaviors.
