Summary Responsible for driving sales and maximizing brand presence for the Kering Eyewear portfolio through merchandising, training, and store visits. Responsibilities Drive sales in dedicated department stores and work with the regional manager on strategies to improve businessAchieve sales goals across all brands and actively identify growth opportunitiesMaintain pristine merchandising, competitive facings, and correct positioning on the sales floorRegularly visit accounts to build relationships, restock floors, and perform general store maintenanceUse reporting tools to analyze and manage business performancePlan and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to boost visibilityProvide customer service during visits and manage follow-up on repairs, damages, and special requestsRequirements Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plusUnderstanding of the luxury fashion category and strong retail attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skillsCollaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to store relationshipsProven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and measurable resultsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to travel around the greater LA Metro area and reliable car transportation
