In-Store Sales Lead

J.Jill is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in Lansing, MI to help lead the sales floor and deliver a welcoming, service-focused experience. You will coach team members, support merchandising, and contribute to meeting store sales goals while handling transactions and store operations. The role requires flexible part-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-site work in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior fashion retail experience is beneficial.
