In-Store Program Facilitator (Part-Time, In-Person)
In-Store Program Facilitator
Part-Time, In-Person | Full Circle | Birmingham, AL
Full Circle is hiring a mission-driven, hands-on facilitator to help build, stabilize, and grow our in-store employment program for young adults with disabilities.
This role sits where mission meets operations: helping people succeed with dignity while building the routines, systems, and standards that strengthen the program.
You’ll be on the floor, in the details, and close to the people. If you can bring warmth and structure, teach with patience, and stay steady when things get messy, this role may be a strong fit.
Because this role operates inside an active retail store, candidates should be comfortable balancing program support with real-time store operations and customer flow.
The mission runs through the business — not beside it.

About Full Circle
Full Circle is an upscale resale boutique creating meaningful employment opportunities for young adults with disabilities while serving the Birmingham community through a thoughtful retail experience.
Our mission and business are deeply connected. The work of the store supports the mission, and the mission shapes how the store runs.
This role helps translate good intentions into a program that works — with clear expectations, consistent training, and practical systems that support both employees and the store.
The Outcome You Own in the First 90 Days
Within 90 days, you will assess the current program, strengthen core routines and training systems, and establish clearer communication and documentation practices.
Success means the team has stronger routines, employees understand expectations for their roles, leadership has clearer visibility into what is happening on the floor, and the program feels more stable week by week.
What You’ll Do
Provide on-floor coaching during store hours by modeling professionalism, reinforcing expectations, and offering real-time support and course correction.
Conduct a program audit during your first two weeks by reviewing routines, training processes, scheduling patterns, incident documentation, and operational gaps. Present a prioritized improvement plan to leadership.
Develop and improve simple SOPs and checklists using Google Docs and Google Sheets so store routines are clear and consistently followed.
Train employees on store tasks by modeling steps, observing practice, and reinforcing expectations during real store work.
Support employees as individuals by adjusting your coaching approach to different learning styles, confidence levels, and support needs.
Lead calm de-escalation when needed by setting clear boundaries, documenting incidents, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Track key operational patterns and provide weekly updates so leadership understands what is working, what is stuck, and what needs attention.
Run a weekly check-in with leadership (Levi and Tsivi) reviewing task quality, incidents, and program improvements.

Strong-backed — you can have difficult conversations kindly and follow through.
Practical and direct — you focus on what is actually happening on the floor.
Emotionally intuitive — you can read different employee needs and respond thoughtfully.
Skills and Experience
Experience supporting adults with disabilities or individuals with diverse learning and support needs.
Comfort using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and shared files for tracking tasks, incidents, and updates.

Why This Role Is Worth It
This role offers meaningful experience building a mission-driven employment program.
You’ll help shape how the program operates, how employees are supported, and how the store continues to grow.
