Quick Details • Pay: $22–$32/hour • Job Type: Part-time • Expected Hours: ~30 hours/week • Work Location: In person — 2919 Linden Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35209 • Schedule: Daytime coverage during store hours; accountable that Sunday coverage (12–4pm) is handled (you don’t have to work every Sunday yourself) • Sun: 12pm–4pm • Mon–Thu: 11am–4pm • Fri: 11am–2pm • Sat: Closed • Run a weekly check-in with Janet + Tsivi including a pass/fail task-quality checklist, what failed, and what changes this week. Requirements (Day-1 Ready) • Experience supporting people with disabilities (special ed, job coaching, behavior support, caregiving, or lived experience + strong leadership/organization) • De-escalation + incident documentation/follow-up • Training/onboarding experience (or strong coaching instincts you can apply immediately) • Ability to build SOPs/checklists and get people to follow them • Scheduling/coverage planning • Basic tracking/reporting (Google Docs/Sheets, checklists) • In-store leadership: warmth + accountability, strong follow-through • What systems would you build in your first 30 days here — and why?
