Job Summary: Your fashion and product expertise will be essential in supplying customers with all the relevant information they require for an optimal shopping journey. Moreover, you will be responsible for restocking and garment care, maintaining a presentable store layout, and assisting in keeping both the front and back of the store organized and clean, partnering with your store team to ensure customers are provided with an exceptional experience. Roles: • Providing superb customer service by warmly inviting and directing customers as they browse the store and access OMNI features, ensuring they receive personalized and attentive care • Showing a willingness to interact and communicate with customers to enhance the service experience • Offer guidance to customers as they uncover the fashion trends, narratives, and items featured throughout the store • Competence in skillfully advocating and merchandising our products to clientele • Implement strategies to actively endorse our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and raise awareness about the sustainable practices integrated into our in-store operations • Projecting a positive persona for both yourself and the H&M brand in every interaction with customers • Collaborate with store management to develop and execute plans that will help achieve sales objectives through commercial and operational actions Retail Operations: • To oversee the complete garment cycle, commencing with unloading and restocking, and culminating in steaming and ensuring proper garment upkeep • Run the fitting room and checkout areas while adhering to industry best practices and procedures • Help in preserving a clean and well-organized sales floor as well as the backroom stock areas • Support in displaying garments attractively, executing and sustaining appealing merchandise arrangements, and aligning with visual and commercial directives to convey clear trends and stories • Uphold effective restocking procedures to guarantee sufficient stock availability for customers • Adhere to the maintenance protocols and follow the established standards for all in-store OMNI Services and technology solutions, including the Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store • Support with the start and conclusion of store functions • Meeting all health and safety standards and legal prerequisites that are relevant to the duties and obligations of the role
