Responsibilities Review lab dips, bulk fabric, trims against production standards and relay effective comments to vendors Maintain fabric library Review and approve vendor invoices Create production trim guides Track and update WIP daily through production process Work closely with overseas vendors to achieve target delivery dates through scheduled deadlines Maintain record of FOB prices and MOQ’s Keep notes during handover meetings and all updates/ changes Request TNA calendars for all styles in production Update ERP system within transit PO status / process UPC codes in ERP system Send season samples to showrooms as see fit Organize and maintain shipping deadline report Skills & Knowledge Requirements: Proficient is MS Office Familiar with ERP systems Strong organizational and Analytical skills Strong communication skills Understanding of garment construction / fit process Understanding of garment production timelines
