Review ACH statement for payment of duties marrying it to the shipments and CF7501. Update the Shipment Manager files in ERP for each shipment in transit. Build and maintain GMC HTSUS data base, providing Sourcing/production team with information on duties of items for costing purposes. Distribute shipping documents to A/P & production as well as the broker for filing customs entry. Review and approve freight invoices sent by the forwarders, Trucking invoices.
