Manage and process the incoming flow of studio and vendor imagery for use on Kohls.com product pages. Daily tasks Process Kohl’s photo studio and vendor provided imagery in Photoshop/Censhare Review, edit and approve all image and video related content for Kohls.com product pages Retouch imagery as needed to align with Kohl’s style guide standards Render detailed vendor feedback for failed imagery and work with cross functional teams as necessary Perform category research to ensure that image content provided not only aligns with Kohls Style Guides but also provides a compelling visual product experience to Kohls.com customers Export final vendor and studio imagery to the live site. Process improvements Partner with photo studio, process team, and Kohl’s Technology teams on process improvements, automation enhancements, troubleshooting, best practices and prioritizing issues. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop Experience in a photo studio or imaging environment Ability to provide detailed feedback on non-compliant retouching and capture issues Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain strict deadlines Intermediate experience with file sizing, resizing and color spaces Intermediate experience with retouching product imagery including channels/masks and paths 1-2 years Experience with batch processing or automation scripting Ability to discern hues with accuracy (Munsell Hue Test) Adobe Certified Expert certification (ACE)
