General purpose: The Assistant Director of the Fashion Show works in tandem with the Director in order to curate a vision for Culture & Identity’s Annual Benefit Fashion Show. They are a constant support to the Director and help to assess and determine the needs of the team. Minimum Qualifications • Experience and knowledge in the fields of fashion and event management • Remain in good social and academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5 • Must be a currently enrolled MICA [undergraduate/graduate] full-time student at the time of employment • Is a 2nd year or higher undergraduate student OR a 1st year or higher graduate student • A sincere desire to support Culture & Identity events and MICA Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
