Human Resources Specialist- Employee & Labor Relations

Job Responsibility including but not limited to: · Partners with Logistics HR · Supports, instructs, and coaches all management roles in the DCs on employee relations decisions, including corrective action and terminations, based on consistency in their locations. Provides insights to support informed decisions prior to agreement on new terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement. · Maintains case documentation and uses tools to track and monitor grievance activities in compliance with all company and legal requirements. Reviews discharge or corrective action recommendations with Logistics HR Manager.
