This position is responsible for managing Human Resources (HR) activities, as well as HR programs and policies that directly relate to distribution center (DC) operations. Provide leadership to the assigned distribution center Collaborate with the HR Support Teams to ensure appropriate and consistent tools and processes for recruiting, selecting, on-boarding and orienting team members Oversee team member relations programs, policies, and processes for the DC network, including proposing updates and/or new solutions, while ensuring consistent application Investigate and bring resolution to all employee relations concerns in the assigned distribution center.
