Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Manages employee compensation, review, new hire and termination process. Works to establish employee performance and counseling of goals and measurements to improve employee performance and expectation Develops Performance Improvement Plans as needed and may act to counsel management on appropriate recommendations including termination.
