The Manager, Human Resources – Retail Field, supports the people, management functions and technology that align to the business culture for the Retail Stores. Areas of focus include: Employee relations and performance management of retail associates; Researching, developing and implementing technological system changes to improve business processes; Create and deliver training materials to support system and process changes; Analyzing data to drive decision making; Manage restructures and reduction in force events; Performance management and career development for direct reports; Communications, leadership development, and change management. Oversee all aspects of Human Resources for retail stores. Identify programs and support of compliance initiatives. Ensure HR team members are fully trained in all aspects of their position.
